Yes. Clients and families have phone support by phone is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whenever you call, rest assured your needs will be attended to. (any potential customers doesn’t have 24/7 access to kim or Stacey)
Yes. People sometimes discover that the assistance provided in a facility is not sufficient enough to enable them to remain independent or well engaged. Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia can affect every aspect of a person’s life. Our dependable caregivers care for clients with Alzheimer’s in a compassionate manner in all stages of the disease. We understand that routine and familiarity are important and are prepared to handle the changing moods and behaviors that can accompany the disease.
Yes. Being a smaller agency makes this a lot easier! Our Care Pros use an online care entry to capture daily information and services. The log is regularly reviewed to ensure a high level of care. Yes. Our care professionals use Honor Care Network software to communicate about each shift. Families have on line access to this information daily and can receive an email after each shift.
Yes. All policies are different, and has different qualifications. For example, some insurance companies will require an assessment by their agent. We work with families through this process.
Aging in place refers to the ability of any person to grow old in their own home or that of their family.
Generally, our home care can start in 48 hours.

The cost varies if care is for one person, a couple, level of care and number of hours. For example, we provide 24 hour care at a reduced rate. After a consultation, we’ll be able to provide you with a quote for pricing on services.
Our care professionals are thoroughly screened. Each care professional has at least 3 verifiable references, a national criminal background check and a national driving license check, TB testing and drug testing. Each care professional has a minimum two years of professional caregiving experience, and has completed additional training courses in senior home care. Yes. This is one of the benefits of using our agency. Our Care Pros are powered by Honor and we have a large pool of care pros to contact if your regular Care Pro is unavailable. Learn more about our caregiver qualifications & expectations.
We do not have a contract. You will be asked to sign a service agreement and payment authorization which describes our services, fee, guidelines and policies. There is no long term commitment. You can end services with 2 weeks’ notice.
Yes. We have a 4 hour per visit minimum, and we have a 12 hour per week minimum. This allows us to provide consistent, reliable home care.
