After the contents of the microwave caught fire [thankfully, no one was hurt!], we were able to convince Aunt of the need for help. We interviewed several companies, and Choice Senior Home Care stood out. They anticipated our questions … More and concerns and appreciated the desire for Aunt to age-in-place as long as possible. Aunt felt comfortable immediately with Stacey and trusted her to find the right Care Pro for her needs. Over the two years, our need for assistance varied from a few days/week to 24/7 care after a major hospitalization. Stacey, Kim, and the Care Pros were able to adjust to our needs, even on short notice. The Care Pros are amazing. It takes a special kind of person to step in and provide the daily care for someone else. Each one took the time to talk with us to get to know the family and how they could help us. They assisted Aunt so she could retain some independence safely, ensuring medications were taken daily and on time, encouragement and assistance with at-home PT and OT, transportation for errands and appointments, personal care assistance, and companionship. The care staff became our local family. We are truly thankful and grateful for their care.

The Choice team helped us through a very difficult time and I am forever grateful. We needed more support than our family could provide, to assure that my mom and dad remained in their house together vs. a facility. It was a big decision … More and we needed someone we could trust, and who my parents would feel comfortable with in their house during this personal and vulnerable stage of life. My dad's mobility had declined, and at a certain point we also relied on hospice to help us through. The Choice team was an absolute God send. So caring, and respectful, not just supporting our precious father through his end of life but also helping my mom in so many ways including emotional support. Kim, Stacey, Chelsea and the team were hands-on and proactive in every way that we needed their help across a multitude of things. Their calm and loving support made a world of difference to our whole family. In the action help on things we couldn't even anticipate like wound care, making sure my mother was eating, runs to the store, providing expertise on oxygen tank placement, and on and on. They became a part of the family and made our situation less tense, more relaxed, allowing us to be "present". Excellent care AND very caring support.
