We Have you Covered with
24-Hour Care
We understand how important it is for some clients to have care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week! When family and friends provide this, it can tend to get exhausting and frustrating for everyone involved. With our team providing the care instead, it allows the family to remain close but not have the obligation of all that the caretaker role entails.
What Is 24-Hour Care?
As opposed to a live-in role where the caretaker has a room in the home, our 24-hour care in Ann Arbor, Michigan, provides a team of compassionate care professionals who show up at designated shifts throughout the 24-hour day.
Your loved one will be accompanied by a caretaker 24/7, getting what they need whenever they need it. You will have access to care notes and developments each shift, and can be confident that professionals are managing the schedule and following the care plan.
Special accommodations can be made for family and friends who would still like to have a partial caretaker role. We can adjust our caretaker’s shifts as requested.

Frequently Asked Questions
24-hour home care means someone is always available to help, day and night. It’s often used for older adults who need help with things like getting up, bathing, taking medication, or staying safe at home.
With 24-hour care, there are usually two or more caregivers working shifts, so someone is always awake and alert. Live-in care usually involves one caregiver staying in the home but sleeping overnight.
Some signs include confusion at night, frequent falls, wandering, or trouble handling daily tasks alone. A doctor or care manager can help figure out what level of care makes sense.
Typically, there will be a team of caregivers working in shifts to provide continuous support. They assist with personal care, household tasks, medication, and offer companionship to improve quality of life.
Look for experienced caregivers, good communication, flexibility to meet specific needs, and clear scheduling. Checking reviews or asking for references can also help.
