How much does home care cost?
Cost depends on the level of care and number of hours per week. We offer a reduced rate for 24-hour care. After your free in-home assessment, we will provide a clear quote with no hidden fees. We are a private pay agency and do not accept Medicaid, Medicare, or insurance.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Washtenaw, Wayne, and Oakland counties.
How quickly can care start?
In most cases, we can have a caregiver in the home within 48 hours of your initial consultation.
Are your caregivers background checked?
Yes. Every caregiver has a national, state, and county criminal background check, national driving record check, TB testing, drug testing, at least 3 verifiable references.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
No. There is no long-term commitment. You sign a service agreement that outlines services, fees, and guidelines. You can adjust or stop care at any time.
Can you provide care in an assisted living or memory care facility?
Yes. Some families find that the level of care provided in a facility is not enough. We supplement that care with one-on-one attention wherever your loved one lives.
